Digital Ebook Subscription
This Subscription Policy applies to the Cliplook Content Creator Series, a digital ebook subscription service offered by Cliplook ("we," "us," "our") through cliplook.com.
WHAT YOU ARE SUBSCRIBING TO
The Cliplook Content Creator Series is a 12-part monthly digital ebook subscription. Each ebook is a downloadable PDF file focused on content creation education.
• Price: $29.99 per month (USD), charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. • Billing cycle: You will be charged $29.99 on the same date each month, beginning on the date of your initial purchase. • Delivery: Part 1 is delivered when your first monthly subscription renews (approximately 30 days after subscribing). Each subsequent part is delivered automatically with each following monthly renewal. • Total series: 12 parts delivered over 12 consecutive monthly renewals. • Free Welcome Guide: A free Welcome Guide is included with your Cliplook product order. This guide is not part of the subscription and does not create any recurring charges. • Format: Downloadable PDF, delivered via email.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize us to charge the payment method you provided at checkout on a recurring monthly basis at the price stated above until you cancel.
HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
• Online: Log in to your account at cliplook.com and navigate to your subscription settings. Click "Cancel Subscription." • Email: Send a cancellation request to mycliplook@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email.
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. You will continue to have access to all ebooks you received prior to cancellation. All previously delivered ebooks are yours to keep permanently.
We will never make cancellation more difficult than the process you used to subscribe.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CANCEL
• No further charges will be applied to your payment method. • You keep all ebooks you have already received — they are yours permanently. • You will not receive any ebooks that were scheduled for future delivery after your cancellation takes effect. • You may re-subscribe at any time through cliplook.com. Re-subscribing will start the series from Part 1.
REFUNDS
Because the Content Creator Series consists of digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not available for ebooks that have been delivered.
However:
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your ebook, contact us at mycliplook@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly or issue a full refund for the affected delivery. • If you cancel within 24 hours of being charged for a renewal and have not yet downloaded the ebook delivered with that renewal, you may request a full refund for that charge by contacting mycliplook@gmail.com.
PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to change the subscription price. If we change the price:
• We will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. • The new price will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notification period. • If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect at no additional cost. • You will never be charged a new price without prior notice.
For California residents: If we increase the price of your subscription, you may cancel within 14 days of the first charge at the increased price for a pro-rated refund of the difference.
RENEWAL REMINDERS
We will send you an email reminder before each renewal, confirming:
• The amount you will be charged • The date of your next charge • How to cancel if you choose to do so • What ebook you will receive with the upcoming renewal
FREE WELCOME GUIDE
The Welcome Guide included with your first Cliplook order is a free, non-subscription product. Receiving the Welcome Guide does not create a subscription or any recurring charges. The Welcome Guide is provided at no cost and with no obligation.

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
The following terms apply specifically to the Cliplook Content Creator Series and any other digital subscription products offered through cliplook.com.
- SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
By purchasing a subscription to the Content Creator Series, you agree to the following:
a) You authorize Cliplook to charge $29.99 (USD) to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
b) Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
c) You acknowledge that each ebook is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment and that you are purchasing access to digital content.
- DELIVERY
Each ebook will be delivered to the email address associated with your account as a downloadable PDF file. Part 1 is delivered when your first monthly subscription renews (approximately 30 days after subscribing). Subsequent parts are delivered upon each successful monthly renewal thereafter. The free Welcome Guide included with Cliplook product orders is a separate, complimentary product and is not part of the subscription.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on your account is correct and that emails from cliplook.com are not blocked by your spam filter. If you do not receive your ebook within 24 hours of a successful charge, contact mycliplook@gmail.com.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each delivered ebook for your own personal or business education purposes. You may not:
• Redistribute, resell, lease, or share the ebook files with any third party. • Reproduce or publish the content in whole or in part without prior written permission from Cliplook. • Use the content to create competing products or services.
All intellectual property rights in the Content Creator Series remain the property of Cliplook.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Subscription Policy, available at [LINK TO SUBSCRIPTION POLICY]. You may cancel at any time online through your account or by emailing mycliplook@gmail.com.

The Content Creator Series provides educational information about content creation. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, follower counts, revenue, or engagement metrics. The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Cliplook Content Creator Series is a digital product delivered instantly via email upon payment. Due to the nature of digital downloads, the following refund terms apply:
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
• Technical issues: If you are unable to download or access your ebook due to a technical issue on our end, we will either resolve the issue within 48 hours or provide a full refund for the affected delivery. Contact mycliplook@gmail.com with a description of the issue.
• Same-day cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of a renewal charge and have not yet downloaded the ebook, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge.
• Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
NON-REFUNDABLE
• Ebooks that have been successfully delivered and downloaded are non-refundable. • Partial-month refunds are not available. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but no refund is issued for the current billing period. • The free Welcome Guide is a complimentary product and is not associated with any charge or refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email mycliplook@gmail.com with: • Your order number or the email address associated with your subscription • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

SUBSCRIPTION DATA
When you subscribe to the Cliplook Content Creator Series, we collect and process the following additional information:
• Your email address (for ebook delivery and subscription communications) • Your payment information (processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store your full credit card details) • Your subscription status, billing dates, and delivery history • Your cancellation date (if applicable)
We use this information to:
• Deliver your monthly ebooks • Process recurring payments • Send renewal reminders and subscription-related communications • Provide customer support related to your subscription
We retain your subscription records for a minimum of 3 years after your last transaction, or 1 year after the end of your subscription, whichever is longer, as required by applicable auto-renewal laws.
You will receive the following subscription-related emails: • Purchase confirmation upon initial subscription • Delivery email with each monthly ebook • Renewal reminder before each monthly charge • Cancellation confirmation (if applicable)
These emails are transactional and are not marketing communications. You cannot unsubscribe from transactional subscription emails while your subscription is active, as they are required to keep you informed about your billing and deliveries.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
